Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday-Friday only. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) on Friday will be processed the following business Monday (excluding holidays).
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped with USPS Standard Shipping and are subject to USPS delivery times or delays. You'll receive an email and text with your tracking # as soon as it's generated.
Shipping Times
- Orders will typically arrive in your mailbox within 8–13 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
- Handling time: 3-5 business days.
- USPS shipping time: 5-8 business days.
- Please note that holidays and weekends are not included in the shipping timeline.

Shipping Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order in the event of damage, theft, or loss during transit.
Disclaimer: Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for:
- Damages incurred during shipping.
- Stolen packages.
- Open caps or spilled products.

Return Policies
Order Returns
To ensure the safety of our customers and employees, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.
Order Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted via email to sales@drthrowerskincare.com. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive an answer (not including holidays and weekends).
- Include the following in your email:
- Your name
- Order number

A clear and concise request for a refund.
Refunds are approved on a case-by-case basis, and are not available after order delivery.
Order Modifications
Our shipping department works diligently to process orders as quickly as possible. For this reason:
- Order modifications must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.
- Orders cannot be modified after they have been shipped and leave our facility.
- Requests sent outside of our team’s office hours will be reviewed as soon as we return.
Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM (EST)
For example:
If you place an order at 5:00 PM on Wednesday and email us with a modification request at 6:00 PM on the same day, we will review your request the next business day at 10:00 AM. Since your request was submitted within 2 hours of your order, it will be acknowledged and processed accordingly.
