Return Policy: In order to care for the safety of our customers and employees, all returns are suspended.

For refunds, order cancelations, or modifications email us your request (within 24 hours of having placed your order) at: sales@drthrowerskincare.com 

Include your name, order # & clear request. After that time frame, all orders are final.

Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped to you within 8-15 business days. Orders made on weekends get processed on Mondays.

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped with USPS Standard Shipping and are subject to USPS delivery times or delays. You'll receive an email and text with your tracking # as soon as it's generated.
