Frequently asked questions

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel or change the order. Please carefully review your order before submitting it.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you experience an issue with your product, you may be able to request a refund — see our Return and Refund Policy.

4. What you are requesting

Please allow up to 3 business days for us to respond. Weekends and holidays are not included.

All refund requests are reviewed case by case. Sending a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

If there is an issue with your order, such as a missing product or receiving the wrong item, you may request support within 30 days of delivery by emailing us at sales@drthrowerskincare.com.

We ship orders using USPS Standard Shipping.

When your order ships, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your package with USPS.

You can purchase shipping insurance or signature confirmation at checkout.

• Shipping Insurance — helps protect your order if it is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.
• Signature Confirmation — requires a signature when your package is delivered.

We recommend choosing either shipping insurance or signature confirmation to help protect your order.

Orders are usually delivered within 10 business days. Please allow:

• Up to 5 business days for us to process your order.
• Up to 5 business days for USPS to deliver your order.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may sometimes occur. Use your tracking number to check the status of your order and see the latest delivery updates.

If your order is lost, missing, late, or damaged, please contact USPS directly for assistance.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact USPS as soon as possible.

Glutathione Capsules and Suppositories are prescription products that must be prescribed by a healthcare provider and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. These products are not kept in stock at our fulfillment center.

1. Provider review — allow up to 5 business days for a healthcare provider to review your request.
2. Prescription approval — if your request is approved, your prescription will be sent to a licensed partner pharmacy. If your request is denied, we will call and email you to notify you and process a refund.
3. Pharmacy processing — the pharmacy may need up to 5 additional business days to prepare your prescription.
4. Shipping — your prescription will then be shipped to you via USPS. USPS delivery usually takes up to 5 business days.

Please allow up to 15 business days total for your order to arrive.
